We are proud to announce that as of November 01, 2020, the Hungarian subsidiary of First Facility once again has won the tender for the provision of technical management services for all of the Stop Shop shopping centers owned by Immofinanz in Hungary. We extended our management portfolio with additional 6 Stop Shops sites located in the eastern region of the country in addition to the previously managed 8 sites located in the capital and the western region, now counting 14 sites in total.
This means that, as of November 01, 2020, the FM services for the complete Stop Shop portfolio will be under First Facility’s professional care and responsibility.
