As part of our Property Management offering, a distinct focus is placed on Fit-Out management – a detailed and expert-driven service that covers the full scope of technical and visual customization of commercial spaces to match tenant or owner requirements.
Whether it involves the "shell & core" stage, CAT A/B standards, or a complete transformation of the area, First Facility takes on a central role in managing every stage of the project—from planning and cost estimation to contractor coordination and final handover to the client.
